Dr. Michael Nirenberg, inventor of FloWalking, guides you through this fun, lively one day workshop.

Once you begin FloWalking, you will shed excess fat faster, tone up more thoroughly, and have more energy. You will appear taller, slimmer and more confident, and if you suffer with any joint, muscle or arthritic aches or pains, these will lessen or go away completely.

The workshop begins with Dr. Nirenberg demonstrating the five main ways people walk wrong, which although humorous at times, allows attendees to recognize their own “wrong” walk. Next, Dr. Nirenberg mirrors the walk of each attendee so he or she can see the incorrect aspects of their own walk. Few people have carefully watched themselves walk and seeing Dr. Nirenberg demonstrate their walk for them is a great, eye-opening experience!

Anyone who can put one foot in front of the other can learn to walk the FloWalking way. Whether you just walk around the house, use a treadmill or climb mountains, FloWalking can improve your body (and spirit) with literally your every step!

The FloWalking workshop is indoors and contrary to what you might expect, does not involve much walking. Instead, you learn FloWalking through fun, hands-on demonstrations, enjoyable exercises, and some practice. You will also learn the best way to warm up (get in Flow), plan your own walking program, and much more!

flowalker 5Thousands of people have already joined the FloWalking revolution, and now you can too! The workshop generally starts at 9 am and ends at 4 pm with a one hour lunch break. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Attendees must sign a waiver. Please arrive at 8:45 am to register, as the workshop starts promptly at 9 am. The fee is $365. All attendees receive a copy of the FloWalking workbook.

Most FloWalking workshops are held in Northwest Indiana, about an hour from Chicago, however, if you would like to have a workshop in your town or city anywhere in North America or beyond, please let us know (we require a minimum of 10 people to attend).

Private FloWalking Sessions

Dr. Nirenberg offers private sessions, for either individuals or groups of two people. Private sessions are a great option for couples or friends who want to go FloWalking together or for busy people who require more flexibility in scheduling. These sessions also allow a customized FloWalking workshop based on the attendee’s specific goals and needs.

Most people who learn FloWalking in private sessions require four to eight hours with Dr. Nirenberg. The fee is $345 per hour for a one-person session or $395 per hour for two people, each requiring a three hour minimum. To schedule a private FloWalking session email us at FloWalking@sbcglobal.net.
